I don’t agree with “Accept what you have”. I think there’s too much possibility in life to settle for what’s comfortable now. Find out what you want, and do like Winston Churchill said, “Never, Never, Never give up.” (Why the British like to repeat themselves is beyond me) The process of shooting for the stars is what brings happiness, not the stars themselves.

I agree with your reasoning, but when I look at “Accept at what you have”, I don’t see it as ‘settling for what’s comfortable now’. I read this one as: Be happy with what you’ve got, but always strive for more. In other words, count your blessings instead of dwelling on self-pity. ‘Shooting for stars’ is still possible when you are grateful for what you have.
